About

Hi there, I’m Leigha,
The Worklife Coach!

I’m a Leadership and Executive Coach with over 12 years of corporate HR + Talent Acquisition executive experience. my north star is helping individuals create the lives they love, while simultaneously making our workplaces more human-centric.

While leading and building teams at companies like Nike, SpaceX, and The Honest Company, my corporate work has centered on teaching companies how to identify and hire the right talent and then retain them by creating intentional, inclusive, and growth-minded cultures.

Over the past 7 years as a Life + Executive Career Coach, I’ve supported thousands of busy professionals in overcoming burnout, impostor syndrome, and perfectionism while simultaneously curating the intentional, value-led, work-life of their dreams.

Outside of my work, you can find me hosting board game nights (Scythe, Terraforming Mars, + Magic the Gathering), tracking down the best live music in my home of Portland, OR, volunteering with a local hospice organization, hanging with my two elder pups (Dexter + Monkie), painting abstract acrylics, and fighting for social justice.

Mission

The average person will spend 90,000 hours of their one precious life in the workplace. And yet, so many people have bought into the idea that work sucks, and that’s just how it is. 90,000 hours is a lot of time to feel mediocre at best, and miserable at worse. But, what if there’s a better way?

Sometimes, you just need a wise friend to bounce your ideas of off. You need a place to talk about your issues without the bias of HR, your boss, or your partner. Someone with expertise, who will show you empathy, but keep you accountable at the same time.

As an extension of the Executive + Life Coaching work that I do, this show was created to be a free resource to help people around the world reclaim their intentionality. To take ownership of their mindset, their perspective, their interactions, their calendar, and their way of being in the world… one work-life question at a time.
